By using Melt ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Melt is an AI-powered application that generates personalized comments based on photos you upload. Generated comments are suggestions only. You are responsible for how you use them.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
• You must sign in using Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use generated comments to harass or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Share your account with others
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content Guidelines

• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us permission to process photos for the service
• Report any inappropriate or abusive AI-generated content to melt.app.help@gmail.com

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

• 3 total generations

Premium Subscription

• 100 generations per day
• Billed through Apple App Store
• Weekly ($5.99/week with 3-day free trial) or Yearly ($29.99/year)

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds follow Apple's refund policy

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content may occasionally be inappropriate or inaccurate. Use your judgment before sharing any generated content.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• We retain ownership of the app and its content
• You may use generated comments for personal use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.

Account Termination

• Delete your account by contacting us
• We may terminate accounts for terms violations

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
